    This is a very interesting study of bureaucracy. It wasn't quite what I expected when I added it to my to-read list, but it was well worth reading anyway. The language it used tended to obscure the point, rather than illuminate it, but I think that was rather the point, giving the attention paid to the role of language in bureaucracy.
