    This is a well-written book with solid theories, logical flow, and excellent research, but I just couldn't bring myself to read it all the way through. It was basically reading a textbook. Not exactly light! His theory about chronic illness being caused (at least in part) by a vicious cycle of inflammation matches with my experience.
