A big thank you to Lucy Wild who contacted me to ask me to read this book for an honest review. This book is a rather different book for me to read. I haven't quite read a book quite this explicit before. Some of the sections in this book I had to skip as they were a little bit too much for me. But for most part it was an intriguing mystery of a book. Which unfolds slowly as we try and put bits together to try and find out what is going on. The book is meant to be historical which for most of th [...]

Oh I really did love this book. There is age-play, discipline, taboo and a little mystery. It's not for everyone but I think fans of Jade West will really enjoy this. This is a new to me author and I am so glad I got a chance to discover Lucy Wild.Steam factor 9 starsI voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book

Review copy kindly provided by the author in exchange for a honest reviewWild contacted me with the opportunity to read her novel after I read a similar book for review as she has a number of these books published and plans to move into the contemporary genre in the near future with her ‘daddy play’ style. Whilst I hadn’t delved much into the whole daddy play before I found this quite tame to what I expected given my previous experience with the author’s publisher. I thought I would be h [...]

I voluntarily review an Advanced Reader Copy of this book. This was a wonderful read. The plot was well developed with unexpected twists and turns, my emotions had me smiling at times and had tears in my eyes at some of the heartbreaking happenings. The Age Play was well done and so realistic and believable that I found myself angry at time when I felt the hero was too harsh and strict. The heroine was sweet and very submissive and very forgiving. I'm adding the author, Lucy Wild, to my favorite [...]

I liked the story. It was well written and the scenes were oh, so steamy. Only one thing bothered me—the conclusion of the mystery part of the book, it felt out of place.

Title: Little ConspiracyAuthor: Lucy Wild 4 unexpected starsHistorical romances were my go to genre many years ago until I came across erotic romances and BDSM (dark romances) genres. It feels so long ago that when I found Little Conspiracy by Lucy Wild that reunites erotic, BDSM and historical genres, I was instantly curious to find out how it would be possible. The story about Vanessa, a young woman on her own in London, has a benefactor with a secret on why he's helping her, paying for all he [...]

This book was given to me by the author in exchange for an honest review. After Vanessa's mysterious benefactor stops paying her rent, she is thrown out of her house and ends up at a private school for littles. To stay there, she must abide by the school's rules, and the rules of the headmaster, Nathaniel Crow. This is a historical age play book. If that's not your cup of tea, this is not the book for you. This is quite a short book, only 70 pages in pdf format, and so is a fast read. It kept my in [...]

**ARC received by author in exchange of an honest review, thank you very much Lucy!**This is my first historical romance, so I wasn't really sure what to expect, but I ended up liking it very much!Since it was my first historical, I was VERY nervous, because even though I had excellent grades in my history classes, there is a void in my brain where the romance should be when I think of back then. Then I started reading Little Conspiracy and didn't receive the shock I was expecting. It has this l [...]

AT THE MERCY OF OTHERSI enjoyed this mystery suspense story that has many twists and turns. There is an interesting cast of characters, secrets, lies, revenge, and plenty of angst. Vanessa White has had a hard life, with no real childhood, and then for the last two years, she has had an unknown benefactor, paying her rent and needs. When her rent is not being paid, her landlord throws her out but gives her an address to go to, and that spins this tale into motion.Nathaniel Crow has his demons an [...]

Overall I really enjoyed the book. I like Vanessa and the headmaster. There was a bit of mystery and a lot of romance with jealous fits, running away, etc. to create story that engaging. However, it's not as much of an age-play novel as others I've read, it has elements of age play rather than being a full age-play novel. While this didn't detract from my enjoyment of the story, it is something to consider when deciding whether to read the book. A good book for those who are curious about what a [...]

Well this historical romance is hot. The characters are well described and develop along with the story. There was some twists in the story which I enjoyed. The story included erotic scenes and taboo subjects which if you aren't into those I'd recommend you stay away from reading this book, otherwise it is a great short read.

I enjoyed this book about Vanessa and her mysterious benefactor. The suspense regarding the danger that Vanessa was unknowingly in kept the pages turning until the end. I loved Vanessa's character and how naturally submissive she was. I liked the premise of the character of Nathaniel Crow but he was flawed. I didn't like the way he humiliated Vanessa in public to help her overcome her shyness. He seemed to have a consistent inability to communicate with Vanessa, which is unlikely for someone of [...]

This book is about Vanessa finally meeting her mysterious benefactor, Mr. Crowe, who happens to run a school for Littles. She ends up in that school as a Little. This book has intrigue, mystery, and sex. It was well written and I think it was overall an enjoyable read. What brings the rating down for me, but may not bother others is the way Crowe humiliated Vanessa. The way he did it and the reasons for it did not seem caring. The sex is rushed and really besides dressing the women as children a [...]

Nathaniel is very intense with Vanessa along with the staff that works there knowing the history behind why she is there and for the protection of harm.Nathaniel is very Alp [...]

I was asked by the author to read an ARC in exchange of an honest review .Age play can be a tricky thing but I believe it was done well in this book . I still like the term DADDY instead of PAPA but that is a personal preference .Here is what I think my issue was with the book . I thinks it was trying to be to many things at once . It had voyeurism, exhibition, mystery , scandal , age play , anal , dominance , kinky nurse ,kidnapping and a new way of life to the new little. In 75 pages that is a [...]

Lucy Wild was so kind to ask me, if I would read her book and give an honest review.Little conspiracy is a historical with a daddy or in this case papa theme. The story had it's good moments, but overall left me wanting (not that way - get your head out of the gutter). Now I know that in shorter stories you have to get the plot going faster and character development often suffer, but things got underway too fast and the story seemed choppy. I have a feeling, that if the author had written a longe [...]

I voluntarily reviewed an ecopy of this book. Lucy Wild is a new author to me but I can't wait to see what she has published next. This book has 3 of my favourite things in it which made it near perfect for me.It had York which is my favourite city,it was set in the 19th century and had lots of kinky taboo flowing through it.I really enjoyed reading this book and devoured it in one evening. I especially enjoyed the dynamic between Nathaniel Crow and Vanessa White.I was dying to know what Nathanie [...]

Vanessa is thrown out onto the streets when her rent payments are no longer made for her. She seeks out her benefactor and fearing that Vanessa may be in danger he sends her to the school he runs. A school for littles. And this is where the start of the age play love story begins. She is sweet and sassy and Nathaniel is dominant and loving. I really liked this story and look forward to reading more. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.

  • Cindy

I enjoyed this story about a girl who is thrown out of her apartment when her benefactor is 2 months late on the rent payments. It tells about how she tracks the person down and ends up at his school for littles. The story was fast-past and I couldn't put it down until the end. The characters were interesting and the plotline was welll written and engaging. There is some elements of age play but it was not hard core. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

This kind of book is not really my cup of tea but I've read some of books containing DD/lg and actually this is the first time i read a book that starts in the 90's. But the weird thing is i have a mix feeling weather i like it or not. Of course since there are a lot of steamy scenes and i dont like the way mrow treated vanessa at the end of the book Overall i gave it a 3 stars since the story is interesting the mystery about how mrow knew her about her parents and everything.

  • Patty

I thought it was Good story, I just wish it was a little bit longer. Vanessa got to meet her mysterious benefactor, Mr. Crow. Who also happens to run a school for littles. He teaches her how to be a perfect little, his perfect little. But Mr. Crow has a secret, will that secret tear them apart or bring them together? You'll have to read this book to find out.

  • Donna F

I enjoyed the story of Vanessa White a young woman who has been kicked out of her home and is down on her luck. She ends up at Nathaniel Crow's school for littles. Nathaniel is a man with troubles of his own. There is mystery, age_play, and punishments. Enjoy!

  • Sarah Barker

I was provided an ARC for an honest review.I did like it but it was somewhat confusing to me anyway, I didn't see it as historical really either. I like hot books and yes it was hot most of those parts were well written, it was just confusing until the last chapter.

  • Susan Landowski

If your looking for an age-play story this is not for you but a few elements exist. This is mainly a mystery/suspense story that has lots of emotional content and a complex love story. I enjoyed this book. Give it a try.
